摘要
随着女性地位的提升,女性群体对自我成长学习方面的需求也在不断提升。女性成长教育社群依托网络空间生成,在女性知识科普、教育学习、婚姻家庭、职场发展以及社会性别议题等层面开展了多元化的知识分享实践。其知识分享的逻辑分为内在动力、话语平权和心理保障三个层面。女性成长教育社群的知识分享实践为满足女性群体学习渴求、提升女性主体意识,助推女性成长带来了更多可能。
With the elevation of women’s status,the demand for self-growth and learning among women is also continuously increasing.Women’s growth education communities,based on online spaces,have carried out diversified knowledge sharing practices in aspects such as women’s knowledge popularization,education and learning,marriage and family,career development and social gender issues.The logic of knowledge sharing in women’s growth education communities is divided into three levels:internal motivation,discourse equality and psychological security.The knowledge sharing practices of women’s growth education communities have brought more possibilities for meeting the learning desires of women,enhancing women’s subject consciousness and promoting women's growth.
