融入“大先生”智慧:通过课程思政提升大学教师师德的新路径

摘要 在新时代背景下,习近平总书记提出的“大先生”理念为高素质教师队伍建设指明了方向。该文以此为理论基础,探讨了通过课程思政提升大学教师师德的新路径。首先阐释了“大先生”的理论内涵及其在教育领域的深远意义,指出教师不仅是知识的传递者,更是价值观的引导者和人格的塑造者。随后分析了课程思政在师德建设中的关键角色及所面临的挑战,强调了教师在传授专业知识的同时,承担着道德教育和价值观塑造的重要责任。针对课程思政实践中的挑战,提出了三条主要路径,以提升大学教师师德。 In the context of the new era,the concept of“great teachers”proposed by General Secretary Xi Jinping has pointed out the direction for the construction of a high-quality teaching team.Based on this as a theoretical basis,this paper explores new paths to improve the ethics of college teachers through ideological and political edu⁃cation in specialized courses.First,the theoretical connotation of“great teachers”and its far-reaching signifi⁃cance in the field of education are explained,pointing out that teachers are not only the transmitters of knowledge,but also the guides of values and the shapers of personality.Then,the key role of ideological and political educa⁃tion in specialized courses in the construction of teachers’ethics and the challenges faced are analyzed,empha⁃sizing that teachers should bear the important responsibility of moral education and value shaping while imparting professional knowledge.In response to the challenges in the practice of ideological and political education in spe⁃cialized courses,three main paths are proposed to improve the ethics of college teachers.
