创建多层级安全教育模式,提升农业高校科研实验室安全管理效能

摘要 随着2023年2月《高等学校实验室安全规范》的发布实施,高校科研实验室安全教育面临新的挑战与机遇。该文提出了一种创新的多层次安全教育模式,该模式分三个层级:第一层级为“平台资源+充裕时间”,即入学前学生利用充裕的假期在学校实验室综合信息管理平台自学安全知识,并完成最基本的安全考核,从而在学生心中初步树立安全意识。第二层级为“研究生安全员+实战演练”,即选培优秀学生担任安全员和实施实战演练,强化了学生的应急处理能力,并保障了安全管理的连贯性和广泛性。第三层级为“导师直管+助理辅助”,即让每位研究生都能深入理解实验室的具体安全隐患,并将个性化的预防措施融入科研行为。通过这种层次分明、环环相扣的安全教育模式,保证研究生安全教育的系统性、全面性和彻底性,进而提升科研实验室的安全管理效能和科研产出的效率与质量。 With the implementation of the Laboratory Safety Standards for Colleges and Universities in February 2023,safety education in scientific research laboratories in colleges and universities faces new challenges and op⁃portunities.This paper proposes an innovative multi-level safety education model,which is divided into three lev⁃els:the first level,platform resources+ample time,that is,before entering school,students use ample vacation time to self-study safety knowledge on the school laboratory comprehensive information management platform and complete the most basic safety assessment,so as to initially establish safety awareness in the minds of students.The second level,graduate student safety officer+practical exercises,that is,selecting and training outstanding students to serve as safety officers and implement practical exercises,strengthens students’emergency response capabilities,and ensures the consistency and extensiveness of safety management.The third level,direct manage⁃ment by tutors+assistant assistance,that is,each graduate student can deeply understand the specific safety haz⁃ards of the laboratory and integrate personalized preventive measures into scientific research behavior.Through this hierarchical and interlocking safety education model,the systematic,comprehensive and thorough safety edu⁃cation of graduate students is guaranteed,thereby improving the safety management effectiveness of scientific re⁃search laboratories and the efficiency and quality of scientific research output.
