高职院校现代产业学院“四位一体”育人模式研究

Research on the“Four-in-One”Education Model of Modern Industrial Colleges in Higher Vocational Colleges

现代产业学院是高职院校办好人民满意教育的积极探索。该文从高职院校现代产业学院顶层设计不够合理、主体定位不够清晰、整合优势不够明显、考核评价不够科学的问题出发,提出构建高职院校现代产业学院“四位一体”育人模式,并基于万众珠宝首饰产业学院,探索总结现代产业学院“四位一体”育人模式的建设路径。主要举措有以工作室为载体创新人才培养,以共建课程为切入点整合资源,以多项目为依托开展社会服务,以岗位实习为抓手提升人才质量。

Modern industrial colleges are an active exploration of higher vocational colleges to provide education that satisfies the people.Starting from the problems of unreasonable top-level design,unclear orientation of the main body,unclear integration advantages,and unscientific assessment and evaluation of modern industrial col⁃leges in higher vocational colleges,this paper proposes to build a“four-in-one”education model for modern in⁃dustrial colleges in higher vocational colleges,and explores and summarizes the path of the“four-in-one”educa⁃tion model of modern industrial colleges based on Wanzhong Jewelry Industry College.The main measures in⁃clude innovating talent training with studios as the carrier,integrating resources with co-constructed courses as the entry point,carrying out social services with multiple projects as the basis,and improving talent quality with on-post practice as the starting point.
