摘要
目的建立γ-环糊精中Cl-和Br-的分析方法。方法采用离子色谱法,色谱柱:Dionex IonPac AS11-HC(250mm×4mm);淋洗液:12mmol·L^(-1)KOH水溶液,等度洗脱;柱温30℃;进样量25μL;检测器:电导检测器,抑制电流40m A。结果建立了γ-环糊精中Cl^(-)和Br^(-)的分析方法,线性关系均良好,平均回收率分别为96.4%和102.0%。结论所建立的离子色谱法专属性强、精密度好、准确度高,可以作为γ-环糊精中Cl-和Br-的测定方法。
OBJECTIVE The method was established to determine chloride and bromine ions inγ-cyclodextrin.METHODS Ion chromatography method was applied,the separation was performed on a Dionex IonPac AS11-HC(250mm×4mm)by isocratic elution using 12mmol·L^(-1) potassium hydroxide aqueous solution,the column temperature was set at 30℃,the injection volume was 25μL,and the suppression current was 40mA.RESULTS The method was established to determine chloride and bromine ions inγ-cyclodextrin,which had good linear relationship,and the average recoveries were 96.4%and 102.0%.CONCLUSION The established method has strong specificity,good precision and high accuracy,which can be used for simultaneous determination of chloride and bromine ions inγ-cyclodextrin.
