摘要
为提高含蜡原油的集输效率,有效降低蜡沉积对集输管道的堵塞风险,以改性纳米SiO2和聚合物降凝剂PSM为原料,通过溶液共混法制备出了一种新型纳米复合降凝剂PSO-T,以原油的凝点为评价指标优化了其制备条件,并评价了PSO-T对原油的降凝和降黏效果。结果表明,当改性纳米SiO2用量为10%、反应温度为70℃、反应时间为6h时,制备的新型纳米复合降凝剂PSO-T对目标原油的降凝效果最好。随着PSO-T加量的逐渐增大,目标原油的凝点和黏度值均呈现出“先降低后升高”的趋势,推荐PSO-T的最佳用量为0.15%,可使目标原油的凝点降低至-14.5℃,黏度降低至12.8Pa·s。另外,PSO-T的抗老化能力较强,老化60d后仍可使目标原油的凝点降低至-11.4℃,黏度降低至18.3Pa·s,降凝降黏效果较为明显。
In order to improve the collection and transportation efficiency of waxy crude oil and effectively reduce the risk of wax deposition blocking the collection and transportation pipelines,a novel nanocomposite pour point depressant PSO-T was prepared by solution blending method using modified nano silica and polymer pour point depressant PSM as raw materials.The preparation conditions were optimized using the pour point of crude oil as the evaluation index,and the pour point and viscosity reduction effects of PSO-T on crude oil were evaluated.The results showed that when the amount of modified nano silica was 10%,the reaction temperature was 70℃,and the reaction time was 6 hours,the new nano composite pour point depressant PSO-T prepared had the best pour point depression effect on the target crude oil.As the dosage of PSO-T gradually increases,the pour point and viscosity values of the target crude oil show a trend of“first decreasing and then increasing”.The recommended optimal dosage of PSO-T is 0.15%,which can reduce the freazing point of the target crude oil to-14.5℃and viscosity to 12.8 Pa·s.In addition,PSO-T has strong anti-aging ability.After 60 days of aging,the freezing point of the target crude oil can still be reduced to-11.4℃,and the viscosity can be reduced to 18.3 Pa·s.The effect of pour point and viscosity reduction is obvious.
