社区营造视角下传统村落主街保护更新研究——以环巢湖地区烔炀老街为例

Research on Conservation and Renewal of the Main Street in Traditional Villages from the Perspective of Community Development:A Case of Tongyang Old Street in Chaohu Lake Area

针对传统村落存在的活力消退、特色流失等问题,如何激发村民的内生动力,保护好凝聚传统村落公共生活及文化意义的街巷空间,并结合当代发展需求进行改造更新,成为亟待研究的课题。环巢湖地区传统村落具有“主街模式”的典型特征,本研究以安徽省巢湖市烔炀老街为例,引入社区营造理念与方法,将主街公共空间归属感和商埠民俗文化沉浸感作为营造核心,从社区共同体构建及物质空间改造两个层面,政府引导与村民参与、空间修复与场所营造、文化传承与产业创新、环境整治与风貌提升四个方面提出主街保护更新策略。

In view of the problems of fading vitality and loss of characteristics of traditional villages,it is of great importance to stimulate villagers’endogenous motivation,to protect the street and alley spaces that unite the public life and cultural significance,and to renovate the traditional streets in accordance with the contemporary development.The traditional villages in Chaohu Lake area have the typical characteristics of the“main street mode”.Taking Tongyang Old Street in Chaohu City,Anhui Province as an example,the concept and methods of community development is introduced.Taking the sense of belonging to the public space of the main street and the sense of immersion in the folk culture of the merchant port as the core,from the two dimensions of community development and material space renovation,the paper proposes the strategies for the conservation and renewal of the main street from four aspects of guiding the participation of the villages by the government,space restoration and place creation,cultural inheritance and industry innovation,environment control and feature improvement.
