摘要
我国城市发展已步入追求“高质量”的新型城镇化存量发展阶段。在此背景下,古城保护与发展面临着双重要求。本研究运用层次分析法,围绕经济效益、空间效益、环境效益三个方面的目标,构建了低效工业用地综合评价体系,并利用专家打分法对指标之间的关系两两打分,确定指标权重。将评价体系运用于苏州古城的实践中,得出每块低效工业用地的综合评价得分,并进行聚类分析,最后针对不同类型的低效工业用地提出差异化的更新模式。
China's urban development has stepped into the new urbanization stock development stage in pursuit of“high quality”.In this context,the protection and development of ancient cities are facing dual requirements.In this study,a comprehensive evaluation system for inefficient industrial land is constructed by using the hierarchical analysis method,focusing on the objectives of economic benefit,spatial benefit,and environmental benefit,and using the expert scoring method to score the relationship between the indicators and to determine the weights of the indicators.
