基于BIM的城市轨道交通车站正向设计研究与应用

摘要 近年来,BIM技术在轨道交通行业的应用越来越广泛,开展BIM正向设计是目前快速提升轨道交通设计质量的手段之一,但目前BIM正向设计还存在一些问题。文章通过对BIM正向设计推进过程中遇到的各类问题进行总结与分析,包括模型与图纸的匹配性、专业与图纸完整性、构件库完善程度、人员储备、设计周期、软件效率等方面。并从样板文件配置、协同方式、出图设置等方面研究了一套基于Revit等软件的正向设计解决方案,通过对深圳地铁12号线科技馆站进行试点,验证了方案在轨道交通车站实施的可行性。 In recent years,BIM technology has been widely used in the rail transit industry,and BIM forward design is one of the means to rapidly improve design quality of the rail transit.However,currently,there are still some problems in BIM forward design.This paper summarizes and analyzes various problems encountered in the process of forward design promotion,and drawing and drawing including the matching between model and drawing,professional and drawing integrity,perfection of component library,personnel reserve,design cycle,software efficiency and other aspects.A set of forward design solutions based on Revit and other software were studied from the aspects of template file configuration,collaboration mode,drawing settings,etc.,and the feasibility of the scheme in the rail transit station was verified by piloting the Science and Technology Museum Station of Shenzhen Metro Line 12.
