This paper combines the practical case of Guangxi Liuzhou Prefabricated Building Modernization Industrial Park-Steel Structure Production Base and Supporting Facilities Engineering to systematically explain the entire process of horizontal installation construction of profiled steel plates on the exterior wall of prefabricated steel structure.Various methods for controlling the flatness of wall panels and dealing with surface nail unevenness are summarized.This technology has strong operability,stable quality,obvious effects,and great promotion and application value.
