摘要
文章采用LDA模型与爬虫技术,研究总结了普达措国家公园游客感知现象。研究数据基于网络社交平台,通过爬虫技术采集了携程、去哪儿、马蜂窝等网站2024年5月之前的普达措国家公园的旅游评论和游记并进行文本的处理,通过困惑度与一致性检验得到最合适的主题数量并进行总结,在普达措国家公园的旅游当中,游客的感知现象可划分为管理服务、基础设施、游览体验、旅游景观四个主题,针对这四个主题,结合调研情况与现状,提出政策保障服务、完善更新设施、优化游览项目、保护生物多样性等措施,期望进一步提升游客对于国家公园旅游的满意程度,从而创造更好的营收效果,加强普达措国家公园的保护成效。
LDA model and crawler technology are used to study and summarize the phenomenon of tourist perception in Potasto National Park.The research data are based on online social communication platforms.With crawler technology,the paper collected the travel review and travel notes of Potasto National Park from Ctrip,Qunar,Hornet’s Nest and other websites before May 2024 and processed the text.Through the perplexity and coherence text,the most appropriate number of themes are obtained and summarized.In the tourism in Potasto National Park,the phenomenon of tourist perception can be divided into four themes:management services,infrastructure,visit experience and tourism landscape.For these four themes,combined with the investigated situation and the status quo,the paper puts forward the measures of policy guarantee services,improving and updating the facilities,optimizing the visit items,protecting the biodiversity,etc.,with a view to further improve the satisfaction of the tourist on the national park,thus improving the revenue and strengthening the protection effectiveness of Potasto National Park.
