城市更新视域下的工业遗址景观更新设计——以重庆建设厂遗址景观更新为例

The Landscape Renewal Design of Industrial Sites from the Perspective of Urban Renewal:A Case of the Heritage Landscape Renewal of Chongqing Construction Factory

在贯彻党的二十大关于“实施城市更新行动”的战略部署下,为有效推进城市更新示范工作,工业遗址的更新设计显得尤为重要。本文聚焦于当前背景,深入探讨了工业遗址景观的更新设计策略,并针对性地提出了保护型、改造型及拆除型三类工业遗址的景观更新原则与具体设计方法。重庆存在着大量工业遗址景观更新实践的现实空间,文章选取重庆建设厂遗址为研究对象,在城市更新视域下进一步探讨了凸显建设厂独特工业文化的更新设计策略,为工业遗址景观更新设计提供新的思路和方法。

Under the strategic plan of“implementing urban renewal action”of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,in order to effectively promote the demonstration work of urban renewal,the renewal design of industrial heritage sites is particularly important.This paper focuses on the current background,discusses the renewal design strategies for industrial heritage landscapes,and puts forward the landscape renewal principles and specific design methods for the three types of industrial heritage sites,namely the protection type,the transformation type and the demolition type.There are a lot of industrial heritage sites in Chongqing,which require landscape renewal.This paper selects the heritage site of Chongqing Construction Factory as the object for study,and further explores the renewal design strategies highlighting the unique industrial culture of Chong Construction Factory in the context of urban renewal,which provides new ideas and methods for the landscape renewal design of industrial heritages.
