摘要
目的探究不同授粉方式下西瓜果实品质的差异。方法以京彩1号西瓜品种为试材,测定人工授粉和药剂授粉两种授粉方式下西瓜果实的重量、果实横纵径、硬度以及可溶性固形物、可溶性糖、可滴定酸、可溶性蛋白和总酚含量等指标,对各项指标结果分析,探究两种授粉方式对西瓜果实品质的影响。结果人工授粉西瓜的甜酸比显著高于药剂授粉西瓜,果实重量、横纵径、可溶性固形物、可溶性糖含量高于药剂授粉西瓜,但差异不显著。药剂授粉的西瓜果实可溶性蛋白和总酚含量高于人工授粉西瓜,且可溶性蛋白含量显著高于人工授粉西瓜。除可溶性蛋白含量和甜酸比以外,两种授粉方式对西瓜品质指标的影响并不明显。结论人工授粉和药剂授粉两种授粉方式对西瓜的品质不造成显著差异。
Objective To explore the differences in watermelon fruit quality under different pollination methods.Methods Jingcai No.1 watermelon variety was taken as the test material,and the weight,transverse and longitudinal diameter,firmness and content of soluble solid,soluble sugar,titrable acid,soluble protein and total phenol of watermelon fruits under 2 kinds of pollination methods.The effects of the 2 kinds of pollination methods on watermelon fruit quality were investigated by combining each index with fruit analysis.Results The results showed that the sweet-acid ratio of artificially pollinated watermelon was significantly higher than that of medicated watermelon,and the content of weight,transverse diameter,soluble solids and soluble sugar was higher than that of medicated watermelon,but the differences were not significant.The content of soluble protein and total phenol was higher than those of artificially pollinated watermelon,and the content of soluble protein was significantly higher than those of artificially pollinated watermelon.Except for soluble protein content and sweet-acid ratio,the 2 kinds of pollination methods had no significant effects on watermelon quality indexes.Conclusion There is no significant difference between artificial pollination and pharmaceutical pollination on the quality of watermelon.
