幼儿园开设托班的现状、需求及对策研究——基于214份幼儿园管理者的调查问卷

摘要 本研究采用问卷调查和访谈等研究方法,面向北京市幼儿园管理者收集了214份网络问卷,调研了幼儿园开设托班的基本情况、师资队伍情况以及发展需求、建议等。调研发现,幼儿园开设托班存在学位供需不平衡、托班管理政策不完善等情况。结合问卷调查与访谈结果,提出以下对策建议:一是预测托班学位供需情况,做好硬件和经费保障;二是明确托班师资准入标准,增加托班师资供给;三是建立系统的托班培训制度,确保业务指导及时到位;四是研制一体化课程大纲与质量标准,确保“优质”托育服务供给。 This study aimed to investigate the current situation of infant and toddler class placements in kindergartens in Beijing.Through the use of questionnaire surveys and interviews,214 online questionnaires were collected from kindergarten administrators.The study examined the basic setup of these classes,the situation of teaching staff,development needs,suggestions,and management policies.The findings revealed imbalances in the supply and demand of toddler classes,as well as inadequate management policies.Based on the results of the survey and interviews,the following countermeasures and suggestions are proposed:1.Predict the supply and demand situation of toddler classes,and ensure adequate hardware and funding support.2.Clarify the admission criteria for teaching staff in toddler classes,and increase the supply of qualified teaching staff.3.Establish a systematic training system for toddler classes to ensure timely and effective business guidance.4.Develop integrated curriculum outlines and quality standards to ensure the provision of"high-quality"childcare services.
