摘要
矛盾与合作相伴相生,作为公共关系危机的一种表现,家园矛盾会严重阻碍家园共育关系的维系与发展,而园长的适应性领导力对于化解家园矛盾十分重要。本研究自编信效度检验良好的问卷,采用随机分层抽样法,对山东、河南、山西、辽宁等地区的650名园长进行调查。研究结果表明:园长家园矛盾适应性领导力的总体水平较高,但不均衡;其在年龄、职位、学历等不同人口学变量上存在差异。基于此,提出养成“安”与“危”共生的内省发展观、树立“人”与“事”并重的科学处置观、坚持“情”与“理”相融的家园沟通观的建议。
Conflict and cooperation go hand in hand.As a result of a public relations crisis,conflict can seriously impede the maintenance and development of the school-home relationship,and the adaptive leadership style of head teachers is a very important variable in the resolution of conflicts with parents.In this study,a self-administered questionnaire with good reliability and validity was developed,and random stratified sampling was used to survey 650 principals in Shandong,Henan,Shanxi,and Liaoning.The results of this study showed that the overall level of the principals'adaptive leadership in resolving conflict was high but inconsistent,and that differences were dependent on different demographic variables,such as age,position,and educational level.Based on these findings,it is proposed that an introspective view of development is implemented that recognizes the symbiosis of"safety"and"danger";to utilize a scientific view of addressing conflict that emphasizes and insists on both"people"and"things".This approach insists on an attitude of"love"and"reason"as hallmarks of the communication between homes and schools.
