黑龙江省生态文化景观的创意保护与开发策略研究

Research on innovative strategies for the protection and development of ecological and cultural landscapes in Heilongjiang Province

该研究着眼于黑龙江地区的生态文化景观,探索创新策略以促进其生态与文化的可持续性发展。基于现状问题分析和典型案例研究,该研究利用文献回顾、现场考察和专家咨询等研究手段,对黑龙江地区的生态文化景观现状及其面临的挑战进行了深入分析。研究发现,黑龙江的生态文化景观具有丰富的自然和文化资源,但面临生态保护与经济发展、基础设施建设、季节性问题等挑战。针对这些问题,提出了保护与开发并重、全季旅游产品开发、基础设施建设和绿色低碳发展等六项对策。这些对策在促进生态保护的同时,更有助于提升旅游业的发展水平,实现生态与经济的双重收益。本研究的发现不仅为黑龙江省生态文化景观的构建提供了理论支撑与操作性建议,而且为具有相似地理与文化背景的其他区域在生态文化景观的规划与发展方面提供了可参考的范例。

This study focuses on the ecological and cultural landscapes of the Heilongjiang region,exploring innovative strategies to promote their sustainable development in both ecological and cultural dimensions.Through an analysis of current challenges and case studies,this research employs methods such as literature review,field investigations,and expert consultations to conduct an in-depth examination of the current status and challenges faced by the ecological and cultural landscapes in Heilongjiang.The study reveals that although Heilongjiang’s ecological and cultural landscapes are rich in natural and cultural resources,they encounter challenges related to balancing ecological protection with economic development,infrastructure construction,and seasonal variations.In response to these issues,the paper proposes six strategies,including a balanced approach to conservation and development,the development of year-round tourism products,infrastructure enhancement,and green low-carbon development.These strategies not only promote ecological protection but also contribute to advancing the tourism industry,thereby achieving dual benefits for both ecology and economy.The findings of this study provide theoretical support and practical recommendations for the construction of ecological and cultural landscapes in Heilongjiang,while also offering a reference model for the planning and development of ecological and cultural landscapes in other regions with similar geographic and cultural contexts.
