高层住宅建筑消防安全防控分析

Analysis on fire prevention and control of high-rise residential buildings

为提升高层住宅的消防安全,通过对高层住宅的火灾危险性进行分析,针对当前高层住宅存在的消防设施不完善、消防安全管理不到位、居民对火灾危害认识不足等消防安全问题进行研究,提出修订完善标准规范、同步规划设计验收、严格落实消防设施配备、督促管理单位履行消防安全职责等方法,提升高层住宅的本质安全,推动政府将高层住宅消防安全纳入智慧城市建设,研发、配置高层建筑消防救援装备,提升事故应急处置能力。

In order to improve the fire safety of high-rise residential buildings,through the analysis of fire hazards of high-rise residential buildings,researches are conducted on current fire safety issues in high-rise residential buildings such as imperfect fire protection facilities,inadequate fire safety management,and residents’insufficient awareness of fire hazards.Proposed methods are revising and improving standards and specifications,synchronizing plans,design and acceptance,strictly implementing the equipment of fire protection facilities,and supervising management units to fulfill fire safety responsibilities,so as to improve the intrinsic safety of high-rise residential buildings,promote governments to include high-rise residential buildings’fire safety in smart city construction,develop and deploy fire rescue equipment for high-rise buildings,and improve emergency response capabilities.
