摘要
以中兰客专项目为依托,为解决长运距过隧道架梁的难题,通过对现场施工条件、工期、工装配置等方面深入研究分析,采用运架一体机过隧道架梁,解决因隧道进出口施工场地、道路狭窄、坡陡、弯急等情况下自有大型运架梁设备无法周转使用的问题,采用自有的2台运梁车+运架一体机运梁的接力运梁方式,解决了箱梁运输运距远、功效低的问题,将自有的SXJ900型架桥机改造成提梁机使用,解决了900 t提梁机装拆、作业无场地、进出场的成本高的问题,将运梁车、架桥机和运架一体机有机结合起来使用,成功解决长距离过隧道架梁的难题,为以后类似工程架梁施工提供借鉴。
This article is based on the Zhongwei⁃Lanzhou Passenger Dedicated Line project.In order to solve the problem of long⁃distance tunnel girder erection,through in⁃depth research and analysis of on⁃site construction conditions,construction period,and tooling configuration,a transport and erection integrated machine is used to pass through the tunnel for erecting girder.This solves the problem of the inability to use the self owned large transport and erection equipment due to the construction site,narrow roads,steep slopes,and sharp bends at the entrance and exit of the tunnel.The relay girder⁃transporting method of two self owned transporter+transport and erection integrated machines is adopted to solve the problem of long transportation distance and low efficiency of box girder transportation.The self owned SXJ900 bridge erecting machine is transformed into a lifting machine,which solves the cost of installing and dismantling a 900 t lifting machine,no site for operation,and entering and exiting the site.The tough problem is solved by organically combining transporter,bridge erecting machines,and transport and erection integrated machines,which successfully settles the problem of long⁃distance tunnel girder erection,and provides reference for the girder erection of similar engineering in the future.
