非洲排水管道聚合物灌浆修复纤维掺量及其修复效果分析

摘要 非洲坦桑尼亚某铁路站场原有的排水管道修复效果较差,需要一种快速、有效且经济的修复方法。而聚合物灌浆修复排水管道,具有速度快、不影响铁路站场正常运营等优点。结合坦桑尼亚当地条件,采用室内试验探究聚合物灌浆修复时剑麻纤维掺量多少使灌浆料流动性最高,采用数值模拟法研究纤维聚合物灌浆修复排水管道后的效果,结果表明:掺有4wt%纤维灌浆材料的流动性达到最高;修复后的排水管道剪切位移为0.45 mm,较修复前的剪切位移降低41.79%,且弯矩极大减小,从而提高了修复后的排水管道结构安全性。研究结果可为非洲排水管道的修复工程提供参考。 A railway station in Tanzania,Africa,had poorly repaired drainage pipes and needed a fast,effective and economical repair method.Polymer grouting repair of drainage pipes has the advantages of fast speed and does not affect the normal operation of the railway station.Combined with the local conditions in Tanzania,the indoor test was conducted to investigate how much sisal fibre was mixed in the polymer grouting repair to make the grouting material have the highest fluidity,and numerical simulation was used to study the effect of fibre polymer grouting after repairing the drainage pipe,the results show that:the fluidity of the grouting material doped with 4 wt%of fibre reaches the highest,the repaired drainage pipe has a shear displacement of 0.45 mm,which is 41.79%less than that of the pre⁃rehabilitated shear displacement,and the bending moment is greatly reduced,thus improving the structural safety of the rehabilitated drainage pipe.The results of the study can provide a reference for the rehabilitation of drainage pipes in Africa.
