E3泛素连接酶Trim21在肿瘤中的研究进展

摘要 含三方基序(Trim)蛋白家族是一类具有高度保守结构域和广泛生物活性的蛋白。参与细胞增殖、发育、凋亡等多种重要生物学过程。Trim21作为该蛋白家族中的一员,具有E3泛素连接酶活性,可以通过参与蛋白质的泛素化修饰及降解,调控先天性免疫与适应性免疫。越来越多的研究证实Trim21的异常表达,在多种肿瘤中扮演不同的角色,与肿瘤的发生和发展密切相关。为深入了解Trim21在肿瘤发生发展中的作用机制,为未来相关治疗策略的指定提供理论依据。本文就Trim21在调控肿瘤增殖,侵袭、耐药、免疫调节等方面的研究进展进行综述。 The Trim(Tripartite Motif-containing)protein family comprises a group of proteins that possess highly conserved domains and exhibit extensive biological activities.These proteins play pivotal roles in numerous crucial biological processes,including cell proliferation,development,and apoptosis.Among the members of this family,Trim21 possesses E3 ubiquitin ligase activity,which enables it to regulate innate and adaptive immunity by participating in the ubiquitination and degradation of proteins.Increasing research has demonstrated that abnormal expression of Trim21 plays diverse roles in various tumors,closely associated with their occurrence and progression.To gain a deeper understanding of the mechanisms of Trim21’s role in tumorigenesis and development,and to provide theoretical foundations for future therapeutic strategies,this article comprehensively reviews the research progress on Trim21’s regulation of tumor proliferation,invasion,drug resistance,and immune modulation.
