中草药饲料添加剂对蛋鸡血液生化指标及器官指数的影响

Effects of Chinese herbal feed additives on blood biochemical indices of laying hens and the effect of organ index

目的研究饲料中添加中草药对产蛋后期蛋鸡脂肪摄入调节和利用、血液生化指标的影响。方法将40只400日龄的海兰褐蛋鸡随机分为对照组和试验组。对照组饲喂普通饲料,试验组饲喂添加1%中草药的试验日粮,试验期30 d,期末测定屠宰器官指数、血液生化指标。结果与对照组相比,试验组蛋鸡血液中的总蛋白含量、球蛋白含量极显著增加(p<0.01),白蛋白/球蛋白、谷氨酰基转移酶、乳酸脱氢酶、总胆固醇和甘油三酯含量均极显著降低(p<0.01),天门冬氨酸转移酶、脂肪酶、肌酸激酶含量显著降低(p<0.05);试验组肝脏指数极显著低于对照组(p<0.01);脾脏、胸腺和法氏囊免疫器官指数有上升趋势,但差异不显著(p>0.05)。结论中草药添加剂可以增强产蛋后期蛋鸡的免疫功能,调节脂质代谢降低鸡的应激反应,从而缓解和治疗鸡的脂肪肝。

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of Chinese herbal additives on the regulation and utilization of fat intake and blood biochemical indexes of laying hens in the late laying period.Forty 400-day-old Hyline brown laying hens were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group.The control group was fed a normal diet,and the experimental group was fed an experimental diet supplemented with 1%Chinese herbal medicine for 30 d.The results showed as follows:compared with the control group,the contents of total protein and globulin in the blood of laying hens in experimental groups were significantly increased(p<0.01),while the contents of albumin/globulin,glutacyltransferase,lactate dehydrogenase,total cholesterol,and triglyceride were extremely significantly decreased(p<0.01).The contenls of aspartase transferase,lipase and creatine kinase,were significantly decreased(p<0.05).The liver index of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group(p<0.01).The immune organ index of spleen,thymus,and bursa of Fabricius had an increasing trend,but the difference was not significant(p>0.05).The results showed that Chinese herbal additives could enhance the immune function of laying hens,regulate lipid metabolism,and reduce the stress response of chickens,so as to relieve and treat the fatty liver of chickens.
