探讨了人工智能在解决机械维修复杂性和效率问题上的潜力。首先,概述了机械维修的现状及其挑战,明确了研究的背景和目标。其次,深入剖析了机械维修技术的基本要素,为后续的人工智能应用提供理论基础。最后,阐述了人工智能,特别是机器学习、深度学习和机器人技术在故障诊断、预防性维护、维修决策支持以及维修过程自动化等方面的实际应用,这些技术通过大数据分析、模式识别和智能决策,显著提升了机械维修的精准度和速度,降低了维修成本和停机时间。
This article explores the potential of Artificial Intelligence(AI)technology in addressing the complexity and efficiency issues of mechanical maintenance.Firstly,the current situation and challenges of mechanical mainte⁃nance are outlined,and the research background and objectives are clarified.Furthermore,the basic elements of me⁃chanical maintenance technology are analyzed in depth,providing a theoretical basis for the subsequent application of AI.The practical applications of AI,especially Machine Learning,Deep Learning,and Robot technology in fault diagnosis,preventive maintenance,maintenance decision support,and maintenance process automation are further elaborated.These technologies have significantly improved the accuracy and speed of mechanical maintenance through big data analysis,pattern recognition,and intelligent decision-making,reducing maintenance costs and downtime.
