摘要
为了保证预防性道路养护施工质量,以某一级公路为例,研究玄武岩纤维碎石封层技术在预防性道路养护中的应用。该施工技术以改性沥青和玄武岩纤维为主材料,确定合理的配合比及玄武岩纤维碎石封层施工工艺流程,严格按照施工标准与施工参数完成路面施工。试验结果表明:深度均在0.55 mm以上,摩擦系数最小值为70.6、最大值为75,满足施工标准。
Aiming at ensuring the quality of preventive road maintenance construction,the application of Basalt Fi⁃ber Chip Sealing technology in preventive road maintenance is studied by taking a certain grade 1 highway as an ex⁃ample.The construction technology uses modified asphalt and basalt fiber as the main materials,and determines the reasonable mix ratio and the construction process of basalt fiber chip sealing layer,and completes the pavement con⁃struction in strict accordance with the construction standards and construction parameters.The test results show that the depths are all above 0.55 mm,the minimum friction coefficient is 70.6,and the maximum is 75,which meet the construction standard.
