To explore the impact of mountain outdoor sports shoes on the landing impact of human lower limbs,an optical 3D dynamic capture system and a Kistler 3D force measurement platform were used to collect and compare the ground reaction force data and lower limb joint kinematic parameters of participants wearing high buffered outdoor sports shoes and non buffered outdoor sports shoes when completing common landing movements in mountain outdoor sports The results show that there is a significant difference in the ground reaction force of the lower limbs when wear-ing high buffered outdoor sports shoes and non buffered outdoor sports shoes on the ground. However, when wearing high buffered outdoor sports shoes, the ground reaction force of the lower limbs on the ground was smaller, and the impact and damage to the lower limbs were smaller There is no significant difference in the joint activity, contact an-gle,minimum angle, maximum angular velocity, and appearance time of the lower limb joints when wearing high buff-ered outdoor sports shoes and non buffered outdoor sports shoes on the ground However, the joint activity of the lower limb joints is lower when wearing non buffered outdoor sports shoes than that of wearing high buffered outdoor sports shoes, indicating that the risk of lower limb injury is greater when wearing non buffered outdoor sports shoes Key outdoor sports shoes;high buffering;no cushioning;lower limb joint injury;ground reaction force.
