本文从产业集群的视角探究了中国皮具产业链的优化与发展。分析了我国皮具产业的发展现状,指出尽管市场规模庞大,但存在产业集群不完善、创新能力不足等问题。详细讨论了产业集群发展中的四大痛点,包括传统沟通模式的限制、生产要素无序运转的隐性成本、缺失的集群品牌力和不公平的企业竞争环境。为应对这些挑战,提出了针对性的综合策略,旨在通过增强产业集群的内聚力和协同效应,提高皮具产业的整体竞争力和可持续发展能力。

This paper explored the optimization and development of Chinese leather goods industry chain from the perspective of industrial clusters This paper analyzed the development status of Chinese leather goods industry,and pointed out that although the market size is huge,there are some problems such as imperfect industrial cluster and in-sufficient innovation ability Four pain points in the development of industrial clusters were discussed in detail,inclu-ding the limitation of traditional communication mode,the hidden cost of the disorderly operation of production fac-tors,the lack of cluster brand power and the unfair competition environment of enterprises In order to cope with these challenges,a comprehensive strategy was put forward,aiming at improving the overall competitiveness and sustainable development ability of the leather goods industry by enhancing the cohesion and synergistic effect of industrial clusters.
