国内外50个甜玉米杂交种主要性状的分析与评价

Analysis and evaluation of main traits of 50 sweet corn hybrids from domestic and abroad

摘要 针对国内外50份甜玉米杂交种的农艺、果穗和品质性状进行分析,探讨国内外甜玉米杂交种间存在的差异。结果显示:国内杂交种的株高、穗位高、茎粗、地上茎节数、穗上叶片数、采收期等性状均显著高于国外杂交种(P<0.05);国内杂交种的鲜苞重、单穗净重、穗长、秃尖长、行粒数、穗粗等性状均显著高于国外杂交种(P<0.05),而穗行数则相反(P<0.05),百粒重、轴粗等性状差异不显著(P>0.05);国内杂交种在蔗糖含量、品尝评分显著低于国外品种,果皮厚度显著高于国外品种(P<0.05)。 In order to explore the specific differences of domestic and abroad sweet corn hybrids,this experiment tries to have an analysis on 50 domestic and abroad sweet corn hybrids for their three kinds of main traits such as agronomic traits,grain traits and quality traits.The results of the experiment showed that the sweet corn hybrids in China were significantly higher than abroad hybrids in the plant height,ear height,stem diameter,number of stem node,number of leaves above the ear and harvest period(P<0.05).The weight of harvested ear,net weight per ear,the ear length and the ear tip,kernel number per row and ear diameter of sweet corn hybrids in domestic were significantly higher than those of abroad hybrids(P<0.05).However,the row number per ear was significantly lower than that of abroad hybrids(P<0.05).Yet there was no significant difference in hundred-kernel weight and axial diameter between the two groups(P>0.05).The sucrose content and taste score of domestic hybrids were significantly lower than those of abroad hybrids.However,the thickness of the seed capsule of sweet corn hybrids in China was significantly thicker than that of abroad hybrids(P<0.05).
