摘要
[目的]探索新型脲嘧啶类除草剂epyrifenacil在农业除草领域的应用前景。[方法]以2,3-二羟基吡啶为起始原料通过8步反应制备得到epyrifenacil,并使用^(1)H NMR和ESI-MS对其结构进行确认。[结果]Epyrifenacil的除草效果优异,在37.5、9.38 g a.i./hm^(2)时,对阔叶杂草百日草Zinnia elegans、苘麻Abutilon theophrasti及禾本科杂草稗草Echinochloa crusgalli、金色狗尾草Setaria glauca的除草活性均达到100%;在测试剂量为2.34 g a.i./hm^(2)时对百日草、苘麻、稗草、金色狗尾草的除草活性分别为100%、100%、80%、70%,均远优于对照药剂氟磺胺草醚和莠去津。以上结果都表明,epyrifenacil是一种极具开发前景的新型除草剂品种。
[Aims]This study aims to explore the application prospects of the new uracil herbicide epyrifenacil in the field of agricultural weeding.[Methods]The compound epyrifenacil was prepared using 2,3-dihydroxypyridine as the starting material through 8 steps,and its structure was confirmed by ^(1)H NMR and ESI-MS.[Results]The herbicidal activity of epifenacil was excellent.At test concentrations of 37.5 and 9.38 g a.i./ha,its herbicidal activity against broad-leaved weeds such as Zinnia elegans and Abutilon theophrasti and grass such as Echinochloa crusgalli and Setaria glauca all reached 100%.At test concentrations of 2.34 g a.i./ha,its herbicidal activity against Z.elegans,A.theophrasti,E.crusgalli and S.glauca was 100%,100%,80%and 70%,respectively,which were far superior to the control fluazuron and atrazine.The above results indicate that epyrifenacil is a highly promising new herbicide variety.
