不同条件下粉煤灰/矿粉掺合混凝土性能试验研究

摘要 文中对干湿循环及浸泡环境下,掺入矿粉、粉煤灰的混凝土基于各种条件的抗硫酸盐腐蚀、抗氯离子渗透及力学性能进行研究。结果表明,矿物掺合料不同掺量下制备的混凝土相对动弹性模量存在一定差异,抗腐蚀性能从高到低分别为F40组、F30S30组、F40S20组、F60组和F0组,其中F40组混凝土具有良好的经济效益,推荐单掺40%粉煤灰制备混凝土,在满足质量要求的基础上,可降低材料成本。 In this paper,the dfferences of sulfate corrosion resistance,chloride ion penetration resistance and mechanical properties of con-crete mixed with mineral powder and fly ash under various conditions of dry-wet cycle and soaking environment were studied.The results show that the relative dynamic elastic modulus of concrete prepared under different mineral admixtures has certain diferences,and the corrosion re-sistance from high to low is F40 group,F30S30 group,F40S20 group,F60 group and FO group,among which F40 group concrete has good e-conomic benefits,and it is recommended to prepare concrete with 40%fly ash alone.Reduce the economic cost of materials on the basis of meeting the quality requirements.
