摘要
文中就废油种类及掺量对老化SBS沥青流变性能的影响进行试验研究,结果显示,随着废润滑油掺量增加,改性沥青的车辙因子下降,表明其高温抗车辙性能减弱。同时,复数剪切模量减小,反映其整体强度和刚度降低。低温条件下,所有改性沥青的蠕变速率均随温度降低而减小。废植物油对复数剪切模量影响趋势与废润滑油类似,但具体数值有所不同,表明废油类型和掺量对SBS改性沥青高温稳定性和低温性能的显著影响,该研究成果为合理利用废油资源提供了科学依据。
In this paper,the effects of waste oil type and content on rheological properties of aging SBS asphalt were studied.The results showed that the rutting factor of modified asphalt decreased with the increase of waste oil content,indicating that the rutting resistance of modi-fied asphalt at high temperature weakened.At the same time,the complex shear modulus decreases,reflecting the overall strength and stiffness decrease.At low temperature,the creep rate of all modified bitumen decreases with the decrease of temperature.The influence trend of waste vegetable oil on complex shear modulus is similar to that of waste lubricating oil,but the specific values are different,indicating that the type and amount of waste oil have a significant impact on the high temperature stability and low temperature performance of SBS modified asphalt,which provides a scientific basis for rational use of waste oil resources.
