门式刚架轻型房屋钢结构鉴定及加固设计

摘要 为探析门式刚架厂房的检测鉴定和加固设计,文中以某门式刚架厂房为例,对检测鉴定的主要内容及重难点比对结果进行分析。结果表明,该厂房各构件的强度、整体稳定性及承载能力的安全性鉴定不满足GB 50292-2015《民用建筑可靠性鉴定标准》的要求,而其抗震鉴定不满足GB 50023-2009《建筑抗震鉴定标准》的要求,故需对该厂房不满足要求的构件进行加固处理。 In order to explore the inspection and identification and reinforcement design of a portal rigid frame plant,taking a portal rigid frame plant as an example,the main contents of the inspection and identification and the analysis and comparison results are analyzed.The results show that,The safety evaluation of the strength,overall stability and bearing capacity of each component of the plant does not meet the require-ments of GB 50292-2015 Civil Building Reliability Evaluation Standard,and its seismic evaluation does not meet the requirements of GB 50023-2009 Building seismic evaluation Standard,so it is necessary to strengthen the components that do not meet the requirements of the plant.
