摘要
为分析装配式BFRP型材-混凝土新型组合梁的受弯性能,文中对比不锈钢管梁、玄武岩纤维钢管梁以及复合钢管梁的箍筋应变、混凝土正截面应变以及最大裂缝宽度。结果表明,复合梁承受的荷载水平大于玄武岩纤维梁以及不锈钢管梁的承载水平,且对应的箍筋应变值小于玄武岩纤维梁以及不锈钢管梁的应变值;随着荷载水平的增加,相同位置不锈钢管梁、玄武岩纤维钢管梁以及复合钢管梁的混凝土应变值不断增加;复合钢管梁的裂缝宽度最小,分别比不锈钢管梁及玄武岩纤维钢管梁的最大裂缝宽度减少7.1%、50%,由此证明复合钢管梁具有最佳的承载能力、抗变形能力、抗裂性能及抗弯性能。
In order to analyze the flexural performance of fabricated BFRP profile-concrete composite beams,the stirrup strain,concrete nor-mal section strain and maximum crack width of stainless steel pipe beams,basalt fiber steel pipe beams and composite steel pipe beams were compared in this paper.The results show that the load level of the composite beam is greater than that of the basalt fiber beam and stainless steel pipe beam,and the corresponding stirrup strain is smaller than that of the basalt fiber beam and stainless steel pipe beam.With the in-crease of load level,the concrete strain values of stainless steel pipe beams,basalt fiber steel pipe beams and composite steel pipe beams in the same position increase continuously.The crack width of composite steel pipe beam is the smallest,7.1%and 50%lower than that of stainless steel pipe beam and basalt fiber steel pipe beam respectively,that is,composite steel pipe beam has the best bearing capacity,deformation re-sistance,crack resistance and bending resistance.
