高速公路连续梁桥平面转体施工技术研究

摘要 文中对高速公路连续梁桥平面转体施工技术的关键环节进行了深入探讨,将平面转体技术运用于连续梁桥施工中。首先,对连续梁桥转体承台进行搭设;然后,进行箱梁转体推进,以便于挂篮安装合龙段;最后,根据实际施工条件,确定施工工艺流程,并对工程中选取的试验点进行位移监测。结果表明,应用该技术,测点竖向振幅均不到1mm,转体过程平稳,符合高速公路连续梁桥平面转体施工技术要求。 This article deeply discusses the key links of the plane rotation construction technology for continuous beam bridges on highways,and applies the plane rotation technology to the construction of continuous beam bridges.Firstly,the rotating pier cap of the continuous beam bridge is erected;Then,the box girder is rotated and pushed forward to facilitate the installation of the hanging basket and the closure section;Final-ly,based on the actual construction conditions,determine the construction process flow and monitor the displacement of the selected test points in the project.The results show that with the proposed technology,the vertical amplitude of the measuring points is less than 1 mm,and the ro-tation process is smooth,which meets the technical requirements for the planar rotation construction of continuous beam bridges on highways.
