摘要
为有效识别预制构件施工过程中的质量风险,文中采用WBS-RBS法提取装配式施工全过程风险因素,建立预制构件施工全过程工作分解结构和基于风险要素的风险分解结构,并结合某大型公共建筑预制构件吊装实例,构建预制构件施工WBS-RBS风险矩阵,识别预制构件施工中的质量风险因素,依据风险因素提出针对性的方案与措施,为预制构件施工质量风险管控提供参考与思路。
In order to effectively identify the safety risks in the construction process of prefabricated components,the WBS-RBS method is used to establish the work decomposition structure of the whole process of prefabricated component construction and the risk decomposition structure based on risk factors,combined with the hoisting example of prefabricated components of a large public building,the WBS-RBS risk matrix of prefabricated component construction,identify the quality risk factors in the construction of prefabricated components,put forward tar-geted plans and measures,ensure the quality of prefabricated components,and provide reference and ideas for the construction quality risk con-trol of prefabricated components.
