摘要
为进一步提高混凝土装配式建筑建设质量,缩短建设工期,文中以实际工程为研究对象,对混凝土装配式住宅项目的施工关键技术进行深入分析,主要对预制构件的吊装、施工组织优化、施工工序深化设计等内容进行深入研究。结果表明,测算与分析实际吊装时间,有效缩短了标准层工期,节省了工程投资;同时,通过结构力学分析,得出本工程中叠合板支撑体力立杆间距最大值为2.08 m。本研究内容对于后续工程的开展具有一定借鉴意义。
In order to further improve the construction quality of concrete prefabricated buildings and reduce the construction period,this paper takes the actual project as the research object,and makes an in-depth analysis on the key construction technologies of concrete prefabricated residential projects.The paper mainly studies the hoisting of prefabricated components,the optimization of construction organization,and the deepening design of construction process.The research results show that through the calculation and analysis of the actual hoisting time,the construction period of the standard layer is effectively shortened and the project investment is saved.At the same time,through structural me-chanics analysis,it is concluded that the maximum distance between the vertical bars of the composite plate support in this project is 2.08m.The research content of this paper has certain reference significance for the development of subsequent projects.
