高层建筑型钢混凝土斜交转换柱施工技术探析

摘要 文中以某超高层建筑为例,对高层建筑型钢混凝土斜交转换柱施工技术进行探析,并对该工程施工效果及社会经济效益进行评价。结果表明,施工过程中支撑钢管的垂直度为1.2 mm,支撑钢管的水平度为0.4 mm,斜柱钢筋安装角度误差为0.2°;施工结束后的柱焊接变形量为0.7 mm,钢柱保护层厚度为2.3 mm,钢柱垂直度为1.5 mm,斜交柱成型混凝土抗压强度为76.8 MPa,施工效果良好,安全可靠,社会和经济效益可观,市场推广应用价值较高。 This paper takes a super high-rise building as an example to deeply analyze the construction technology of steel reinforced concrete oblique conversion column in high-rise building,and evaluates the construction effect and social and economic benefits of the project.The re-sults show that the verticality of the supporting steel pipe is 1.2mm,the levelness of the supporting steel pipe is 0.4mm,and the installation Angle error of the inclined column steel bar is 0.2°.After the construction,the welding deformation of the column is 0.7mm,the thickness of the protective layer of the steel column is 2.3mm,the perpendicality of the steel column is 1.5mm,and the compressive strength of the molded concrete of the oblique column is 76.8MPa.The construction effect is good,the safety and reliability of the concrete are high,the social and economic benefits are considerable,and the market promotion and application value is high.
