碎石化技术在旧混凝土路面改造中的应用

Application of Pulverized Petrochemical Technology in the Reconstruction of Old Concrete Pavement

文中以长泰县武安镇官山至蔡坑城乡道路改造工程景观大道道路工程为背景,对比了病害治理方案和碎石化施工两种方案的效益,并分析了碎石化施工工艺和施工效果。结果表明,碎石化施工方案破碎效果良好,粒径尺寸满足要求,碎石作为基层其耐水性符合要求。通过对比可知,碎石化方案造价总体比病害治理方案造价节约31.4%。

In this paper,based on the urban and rural road reconstruction project from Guanshan to Caikeng in Wuan Town,Changtai County-Landscape Avenue Road project,the benefits of disease control scheme and petrochemical crushing construction scheme are compared,and the construction technology and construction effect of petrochemical crushing construction are analyzed.The results show that the crushing effect is good,the particle size meets the requirements,and the water resistance of the crushed stone as the base meets the requirements.Through the comparison of schemes,the cost of crushed petrochemical scheme is 31.4%less than that of disease control scheme.
