西南欠发达地区市政道路与综合管廊共建问题分析

Exploration of the Problem of Construction of Municipal Roads and Comprehensive Pipe Galleries in Underdeveloped Areas of Southwest China

市政道路与综合管廊实行共同建设,不仅节约土地资源,还能降低工程造价。文中对已有的市政道路与综合管廊共建案例进行归纳分析,介绍4种共建模式。我国各地区市政道路和综合管廊共建模式具有一定差异,贵州省作为西南欠发达地区,鉴于地质地貌、经济状况,市政道路与综合管廊共建模式选择有别于发达地区。文中对贵州省市政道路与综合管廊共建特点进行总结,并以贵阳市某区市政道路与综合管廊共建模式为研究对象进行剖析,得出了能够很好适应西南欠发达地区的共建模式。研究成果对类似地区市政道路与综合管廊共建模式的选择具有一定的参考价值。

The joint construction of municipal roads and comprehensive pipe galleries not only saves land resources but also reduces project costs;The article summarizes and analyzes existing cases of co construction of municipal roads and comprehensive pipe galleries,and proposes four co construction modes;There are certain dfferences in the co construction mode of municipal roads and comprehensive pipe galleries in different regions of China.As an underdeveloped area in southwest China,Guizhou Province has chosen a different co construction mode for municipal roads and comprehensive pipe galleries due to its geological and economic conditions.The article summarizes the characteristics of the co construction of municipal roads and comprehensive pipe galleries in Guizhou Province,and analyzes the co construction mode of munici-pal roads and comprehensive pipe galleries in a certain district of Guiyang City as the research object,obtaining a co construction mode that can well adapt to underdeveloped areas in Southwest China.The research results provide some reference for the selection of co construction models for municipal roads and comprehensive pipe galleries in similar regions.
