基于模糊层次分析法的高校基建项目风险综合评价

摘要 随着高等教育大众化时代的到来,高校基础建设项目增多,基建项目管理风险相应增大。文中首先对高校基建项目风险进行定性分析,构建了风险评价体系;随后运用层次分析法进行定量分析,确定各评价指标的权重,并采用模糊综合评价法对风险进行评估;最后将AHP-模糊综合评价法应用到具体实例中,验证了该模型的可行性和合理性。 With the arrival of the era of massification of higher education,the number of infrastructure projects in colleges and universities has increased,which accordingly brings the risk of infrastructure project management.This paper first constructs a risk evaluation system for col-lege infrastructure projects by qualitatively analyzing the risk of college infrastructure projects.Subsequently,the quantitative analysis was car-ried out by using the hierarchical analysis method,the weight of each evaluation index was determined,and the risk was assessed by using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.Finally,the AHP-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was applied to specific examples to verify the feasibility and rationality of the model.
