摘要
根据特殊复曲面(单散)镜片的特点,分析单散镜片的基准点和配镜加工中心,总结光学参数、镜片有效厚度和光透射率的测量方法。通过棱镜效应计算公式实现光学中心水平(单侧)偏差、光学中心垂直互差长度与棱镜度的互换,很好地解决了单散镜片光学中心非唯一性问题,针对使用单散眼镜的特点提出了有处方和无处方、单边和双边单散眼镜的检测方法。
According to the characteristics of special toric lenses(only astigmatic),the reference point and optical processing center of astigmatism lens were analyzed,and the measurement methods of optical parameters,effective thickness of lens and light transmittance were summarized.By using the prism effect calculation formula,the length units of the optical center horizontal deviations(of one-side)and the optical center vertical deviations can be exchanged with the prism degree,effectively solving the problem of non-uniqueness of the optical center for special toric lenses.In addition,based on the characteristics of using special toric spectacles,test methods for prescription and nonprescription special toric spectacles,as well as unilateral and bilateral Special toric spectacles were proposed.
