数智时代新质生产力与高职教育耦合的意蕴、机理、策略

The Implication,Mechanism and Strategy of the Coupling of New Quality Productivity and Higher Vocational Education in the Age of Digital Intelligence

摘要 新质生产力与高职教育具有内在一致性与共生交融性,双方互为深层变革与持续发展的驱动力,在数智环境中形成良性互动与积极循环。鉴于此,感知新质生产力与高职教育耦合的时代意蕴,把握耦合的核心特征,揭示耦合的内在机理,是数智时代的应有之举。目前,高职教育面临人才供需错位、教师数字素养滞后、产教融合浅表性等现实挑战。为实现新质生产力与高职教育的顺畅耦合,有必要采取一系列实践策略:深化四维共生的产教融合数字生态,奠定耦合共进之基,构筑耦合动力;推行面向未来素养的全景式数字化人才培养,紧扣耦合接轨关键,深挖耦合潜力;内化持续发展理念,不断提升教师数字素养,破除耦合激活阻碍,锻造耦合实力。 The new quality productivity and higher vocational education have the inherent consistency and symbiosis,and the two sides are the driving force of each other’s deep reform and sustainable development,forming a positive interaction and positive cycle in the digital intelligence environment.In view of this,it is necessary to perceive the Times implication of the coupling of new quality productivity and higher vocational education,grasp the core characteristics of the coupling and reveal the internal mechanism of the coupling in the age of digital intelligence.At present,higher vocational education is faced with such realistic challenges as the mismatch of talent supply and demand,the lag of teachers’digital literacy,and the superficial integration of production and education.In order to realize the smooth coupling of new quality productivity and higher vocational education,it is necessary to adopt a series of practical strategies:to deepen the four-dimensional symbiotic digital ecology of integration of production and education,lay the foundation for coupling and common progress,and build the coupling power;implement the panoramic digital talent training for future literacy,closely follow the key of coupling,and deeply tap the coupling potential;internalize the concept of sustainable development,continuously improve teachers’digital literacy,break the obstacles of coupling activation,and forge coupling strength.
