摘要
行业特色院校是新质生产力发展背景下支撑行业转型跃升的重要力量。行业特色院校教师核心能力是新质态模式下培养新型劳动者的关键因素,其核心能力具有多维度、动态性、阶段性特征。以新质生产力理论审视行业特色院校教师核心能力,其内涵也随着时代变革和教师角色变化不断丰富和发展。立足行业特色院校的独特地位,运用系统论整体观念,行业特色院校教师核心能力呈现出“三维九力”结构。基于此结构,行业特色院校教师核心能力培养需开拓新的路径,以全方位提升教师核心能力,促进行业特色院校高质量发展,策应新质生产力发展的时代要求。相关路径主要包括:弘扬教育家精神,引领教师素养提升;构建多元化平台,促进教师专业发展;突破超现实藩篱,激发教师创新潜能。
Industry-specific institutions are an important force to support the transformation and leap of industries in the context of new qualitative productivity development.The core competence of teachers in industry-specific institutions is a key factor in training new types of workers under the new qualitative mode,and their core competence is characterized by multi-dimensionality,dynamism and stage.Examining the core competence of teachers in industry-specific institutions with the new quality productivity theory,its connotation is also continuously enriched and developed along with the change of the times and the change of teachers’roles.Based on the unique position of industry-specific institutions,using the overall concept of system theory,the core competence of teachers in industry-specific institutions shows the structure of“three-dimensional nine forces”.Based on this structure,the cultivation of teachers’core competence in industry-specific institutions needs to open up new paths to enhance teachers’core competence in an all-round way,promote the high-quality development of industry-specific institutions,and respond to the requirements of the era of the development of newquality productivity;the relevant paths mainly include:carrying forward the spirit of educators,leading the enhancement of teachers’qualities;constructing diversified platforms,promoting teachers’professional development;and breaking through the surrealistic barriers to stimulate the innovative potential of teachers.
