摘要
乡村教师的乡村性是新时代乡村教师的重要属性,也是建设高质量乡村教师队伍的基点。乡村教师乡村性的基本内涵主要包括乡村教师绵延育人内在引擎的乡村性的教育情感、夯实成人根本保障的乡村性的教育知识、圆融生命存在之基的乡村性的教育生活。然而,新时代乡村教师的乡村性日渐遮蔽,出现了乡村教师乡村性的教育情感悬浮于乡村文化、乡村性的教育知识脱嵌于乡村场域和乡村性的教育生活区隔于乡村空间的现实问题。造成问题的根源是乡村教师乡村性的情感与乡村文化的互动断裂、乡村性的知识与乡村场域的建构错位以及乡村性的生活与乡村空间的融通受阻。认识与理解新时代乡村教师的重要属性,要深化乡村文化认同、重塑乡村情感驱动、加强乡村场域发掘、拓宽乡村知识视野、增进乡村空间融通以及提升乡村生活品质,从而促进乡村教师重要属性的优化与实现。
The rural nature of rural teachers is an important attribute of rural teachers in the new era,and also the basis point for the construction of high-quality rural teachers.The basic connotation of rural teachers’rural nature mainly includes the rural educational emotion with the internal engine of education,the rural educational knowledge with consolidating the fundamental guarantee of adults,and the rural educational life with the basis of the existence of life.However,the rural nature of rural teachers in the new era is increasingly covered,and there is a practical problem that the rural teachers’rural education emotion is suspended in the rural culture,and the rural education knowledge is embedded in the rural field and the rural education living area is separated from the rural space.The root cause of the problem is the interaction fracture of rural teachers’rural emotion and rural culture,the dislocation of rural knowledge and the construction of rural field,and the obstruction of the integration of rural life and rural space.To know and understand the important attributes of rural teachers in the new era,it is necessary to deepen the rural cultural identity of rural teachers,reshape the rural emotional drive,strengthen the exploration of rural field,enhance the rural knowledge vision,enhance the rural spatial integration,and improve the quality of rural life,so as to promote the optimization and readization of the important attributes of rural teachers.
