JWF1213型梳棉机隔距调整对成纱质量的影响分析

摘要 为了助力纺企降本增效、提高成纱质量,介绍梳棉机隔距调整的重要作用,以JWF1213型梳棉机为例,对给棉罗拉—刺辊隔距、刺辊—除尘刀隔距、刺辊—预分梳板隔距等进行合理调整,并设计2组试验方案,对比分析隔距调整前后纺CJ 14.58 tex米通纱的成纱质量。指出:梳棉工艺的重点是在降低消耗的同时提高成纱质量,应重视做好针布优选和隔距优化;用JWF1213型梳棉机纺CJ 14.58 tex米通纱,调整梳棉机的给棉罗拉—刺辊隔距为0.64 mm、刺辊—预分梳板隔距为0.81 mm、刺辊—第1除尘刀隔距为0.71 mm、刺辊—第2除尘刀隔距为0.76 mm后,落棉率较低且粗细节、棉结改善,成纱质量较好。 In order to help textile enterprises reduce cost and increase efficiency and improve yarn quality,the important role of adjusting gauge of carding machine is introduced.Taking JWF1213 carding machine as an example,reasonable adjustment is made to the gauge of cotton feeding roller—licker-in,the gauge of licker-in—mote knife,the gauge of licker-in—pre-carding plate,and two groups of test schemes are designed.The quality of spinning CJ 14.58 tex Mitong yarn before and after gauge adjustment is compared and analyzed.It is pointed out that the key point of carding process is to reduce the consumption and improve the yarn quality at the same time.We should attach great importance to carding clothing and gauge optimization.Using JWF1213 carding machine to spin CJ 14.58 tex Mitong yarn,adjust the gauge of cotton feeding roller—licker-in to 0.64 mm,the gauge of licker-in—pre-carding plate to 0.81 mm,the gauge of licker-in—first mote knife to 0.71 mm,and the gauge of licker-in—second mote knife to 0.76 mm,the noil rate is lower and the thick and thin section and neps are improved,and the yarn quality is better.
