摘要
为了降低纺织企业生产成本,从前纺工序技术改造及科学管理,细纱工序工艺优化、器材专件优选及科学管理,以及后纺工序用电控制和全流程电气空调的用电控制,详述降低吨纱用电的有效措施。指出:梳棉工序给滤尘风机加装变频器及节能插板,清花工序进行混合联合机短流程改造,前纺、细纱车间增加清洁用小型空压机,细纱工序降低集聚纺风机频率、减小摇架压力气压表值、降低机织纱捻度等,后纺工序集中改纺缩短改纺时间、根据细纱开台合理改纺、减少停机亮灯,同时完善管理措施、优选优质器材或节能器材、做好全流程电气空调的用电控制,均有助于降低吨纱用电和提高生产效率。
In order to reduce the production cost of textile enterprises,the effective measures to reduce the electricity consumption per ton of yarn are described in detail from the technical transformation and scientific management of the pre-spinning process,the optimization,the selection and scientific management of accessories and parts of spinning process,as well as the electricity control of the post-spinning process and the whole process of electrical air conditioner.It is pointed that the dust filter fan is equipped with a frequency converter and energy saving insert board in the carding process,mixing combined machine is reformed in a short process in the cleaning process,small air compressors are added for cleaning in the pre-spinning and spinning workshops,the frequency of the compact spinning fan is reduced,the pressure gauge value of the cradle is reduced,and the twist of the woven yarn is reduced in the spinning process,centralized changing spinning to shorten the changing spinning time,reasonable changing spinning according to the opening of spinning machines,reducing shutdown lighting while improving management measures,optimizing quality equipment or energy saving accessories,do a good job in the whole process of electrical air conditioner power control after spinning process,can help reduce the electricity consumption per ton of yarn and improve production efficiency.
