地塞米松联合丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸在妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症患者中的应用效果

Application effect of Dexamethasone combined with Ademetionine 1,4-butanedisulfonate in patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy

目的探讨地塞米松联合丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸在妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症患者中的应用效果。方法选取寿光市人民医院2020年1月至2022年12月收治的74例妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,每组各37例。对照组单用丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合地塞米松治疗。比较两组母婴结局、炎症因子水平及胆汁代谢指标水平。结果观察组新生儿Apgar评分高于对照组,胎儿窘迫、早产、新生儿窒息、低体重儿、羊水污染的发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组白介素-12、肿瘤坏死因子-α水平均降低,且观察组水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组总胆汁酸、雌三醇、甘胆酸水平均降低,且观察组水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论地塞米松联合丁二磺酸腺苷蛋氨酸在妊娠期肝内胆汁淤积症患者中的应用效果较好。

Objective To explore the application effect of Dexamethasone combined with Ademetionine 1,4-butanedisulfonate in patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy.Methods A total of 74 patients with intrahepatic cholestasis of pregnancy admitted to Shouguang People’s Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the study objects.All the patients were divided into two groups using the random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Ademetionine 1,4-butanedisulfonate,while the observation group was treated with Dexamethasone on the basis of the control group.The maternal and infant outcomes,inflammatory factors levels,and bile metabolism indicators levels were compared between the two groups.Results The neonatal Apgar score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the incidence of fetal distress,premature birth,neonatal asphyxia,low birth weight infant,and amniotic fluid contamination was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of interleukin-12 and tumor necrosis factor-αwere decreased in both groups,and the levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of total bile acid,estriol,and cholyglycine were decreased in both groups,and the levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of Dexamethasone combined with Ademetionine 1,4-butanedisulfonate in patients with intrahepati c cholestasis of pregnancy is good.
