总结分析我国智能建造的发展现状,提出智能建造与建筑工业化战略发展的思考,探讨发展智能建造与建筑工业化意义,对智能建造与建筑工业化发展提供方向性建议。为推动智能建造与建筑工业化协同发展,应加快部署建设智能化建造创新基地,培育复合型高端人才,成立并发挥“智能建造行业协会”组织的作用,为智能制造行业的发展提供桥梁纽带作用,制定并贯彻执行智能制造政策及法规,为智能制造提供发展保障,加强智能制造成果转化,提高智能制造核心竞争力。

Summarizes and analyzes the present situation of intelligent construction in our country,puts forward the thinking of the strate‐gic development of intelligent construction and building industrialization,and probes into the significance of developing intelligent construc‐tion and building industrialization,the direction of intelligent construction and construction of industrial development advice.In order to pro‐mote the coordinated development of intelligent construction and building industrialization,we should speed up the deployment of intelligent construction innovation base,cultivate compound high-end talents,and establish and play the role of"Intelligent Construction Industry Associ‐ation",to provide a bridge for the development of the intelligent manufacturing industry,to formulate and implement policies and regulations on intelligent manufacturing,to provide development support for intelligent manufacturing,and to strengthen the transformation of the results of intelligent manufacturing,improve the core competitiveness of intelligent manufacturing.
