某软土深基坑动态设计方法探讨及变形控制技术研究

摘要 随着城市建筑密度的增大,基坑工程面临的周边环境日趋复杂,如何控制基坑的变形成为软土基坑工程技术发展的难题。以某软土深基坑工程为研究背景,首先采用有限元应力-渗流耦合分析方法,全面分析了基坑的设计方案的可行性。然后,收集施工过程中的监测数据,并利用监测数据对有限元模型进行标定。最后,利用标定后的有限元模型对后续工况进行模拟,分析后续工况的安全性。在此基础上进一步用本项目模型对目前工程上常用的基坑变形控制方法进行了综合分析,确定了与本项目条件类似的软土深基坑的变形控制技术,包括土体预加固法、时空效应法、变形主动控制法等,为相关工程提供指导。 With the increase in urban building density,the surrounding environment faced by foundation pit engineering has become in‐creasingly complex,posing a challenge for controlling deformation in soft soil foundation pits and advancing the technology.Taking a deep foundation pit project in soft soil as the research backdrop,this study initially employs finite element stress-seepage coupling analysis to com‐prehensively assess the feasibility of the pit's design scheme.Subsequently,monitoring data collected during construction is utilized to cali‐brate the finite element model.Finally,the calibrated model is employed to simulate subsequent conditions,thereby analyzing their safety.Building upon these analyses,the project's model is further used to conduct a comprehensive assessment of commonly employed methods for controlling deformation in foundation pits in current engineering practice.This leads to the identification of deformation control techniques suit‐able for soft soil deep foundation pits with conditions similar to this project,including pre-reinforcement of soil,spatial-temporal effect meth‐od,and proactive deformation control,among others.These findings provide guidance for related engineering projects.
