摘要
为实现政府投资建设项目的成本控制,需要采用限额设计以提高投资效益。为此本文提出了政府投资限额设计的一般性解决方案,从分专业优化设计、调整费用构成和调整建设内容3个方面分别提出相应的改进方法,并给出项目合作方提早配合、采用合理经济指标、结合当地实际细化费用构成等具体措施。进一步以肇庆端溪小学为例进行了分析,通过对基坑支护工程、建筑、结构、机电和景观绿化专业进行优化设计,使得项目总投资降低8.3%,成功实现投资控制并提升了项目效益,为同类项目限额设计的解决方案提供借鉴。
In order to achieve cost control of government investment construction projects,it is necessary to adopt quota design to im‐prove investment efficiency.To this end,proposes a general solution for government investment quota design,and proposes corresponding im‐provement methods from three aspects:optimizing design by profession,adjusting cost structure,and adjusting construction content.It also provides specific measures such as early cooperation of project partners,adopting reasonable economic indicators,and refining cost structure in combination with local actual conditions.Further analysis was conducted using Zhaoqing Duanxi Primary School as an example.By opti‐mizing the design of foundation pit support engineering,architecture,structure,electromechanical,and landscape greening,the total invest‐ment of the project was reduced by 8.3%,successfully achieving investment control and improving project benefits,providing reference for solutions to quota design of similar projects.
