超高层建筑变截面核心筒爬模架、悬挑架与落地架组合施工技术

摘要 随着城市化发展节奏的不断加快,超高层建筑的数量和样式日益增多,核心筒的结构形式也越来越复杂多变。当核心筒截面形式变化较大时,采用单一的液压爬模架技术无法实现在变截面楼层的有效附着,导致施工速度降低。为解决变截面楼层降速施工问题,利用爬模架、悬挑架与落地架组合施工的方式,可有效提高施工效率,缩短工期。深圳某超高层建筑在施工过程中,根据变截面核心筒结构特点,结合工程实际情况,采用爬模架、悬挑架与落地架组合施工技术,合理安排各阶段施工工序,采用多种安全保障措施,充分利用空间、时间、设备和人力资源,提高整体施工效率,加快整体施工进度。 With the rapid development of urbanization,the number and style of super high-rise buildings are increasing,and the structur‐al form of core tube is becoming more and more complex.When the core tube section shape changes greatly,the single hydraulic climbing formwork technology can not achieve the effective adhesion in the variable section floor,resulting in a reduction in construction speed.In or‐der to solve the problem of decelerating construction of variable cross-section floor,the combination of climbing formwork frame,suspension frame and floor frame can effectively improve the construction efficiency and shorten the construction period.A Super high-rise building in Shenzhen is under construction,according to the structural characteristics of the core tube with variable cross-section and combined with the actual situation of the project,the combined construction technology of climbing form frame,cantilever frame and floor frame is adopted to reasonably arrange the construction procedures in each stage,various security measures are adopted to make full use of space,time,equip‐ment and human resources,improve the overall construction efficiency and speed up the overall construction progress.
