再生砂粉套筒灌浆料的配合比设计及性能研究

摘要 随着城市化快速发展及城市更新改造,建筑废弃混凝土产量逐渐增多,对其进行资源化利用,不仅可以有效解决其处理难题,而且可缓解当前建筑材料短缺的现实问题。研究采用废弃混凝土制备的再生砂和再生微粉替代制备套筒灌浆料的原材料,研究分析了不同替代率制备套筒灌浆料的可行性。通过试验研究及分析发现,再生砂或再生微粉替代率的增加,均会导致套筒灌浆料主要性能降低。但通过合理优化,再生砂100%替代石英砂,再生微粉部分替代水泥,仍可制备出性能良好且满足标准要求的套筒灌浆料,为再生砂粉高附加值资源化利用提供了有效途径。 With the rapid development of urbanization and urban renewal,the output of construction waste concrete is gradually increas‐ing.The resource utilization of waste concrete not can only effectively solve the difficult problem of its treatment,but also can alleviate the practical problem of the building materials shortage.In this study,recycled sand and recycled fine powder prepared from waste concrete were used to replace raw materials for producing sleeve grouting material,and the feasibility of producing sleeve grouting material with dif‐ferent replacement rates was studied.Through experimental research and analysis,it is found that the increase of the replacement rate of recy‐cled sand or recycled fine powder can lead to the decrease of the main performance of the sleeve grouting material.But with proper optimi‐zation,the sleeve grouting material with good performance and meeting the standard requirements can still be produced,when recycled sand 100%replace quartz sand and recycled fine powder partly replace cement.An effective way for high value resource utilization of recycled sand and powder is provided.
